Only employees referred by the Director of Employee Relations or the Executive Director of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) may register for this course. Employee who take this course must first complete the web course, Preventing Sexual Harassment in the Workplace.
This program includes discussions on how sexual harassment issues impact the University and its faculty, how to partner effectively with Human Resources regarding the investigative process, and strategies that encourage the reporting of sexual harassment.
