Anger Management 1001: Cap Registration at 25.
Anger Management 1002: No more than 10 (though this will vary).
Anger Management 1003: No more than 10 (though this will vary).

Anger Management 1001: Any university employee can register for this course. The facilitator will provide participants with an overview of the anger management process, addressing those situations that produce anxiety and anger. Additionally, participants will discuss various anger management techniques.

Anger Management 1002: Only employees who are referred by the Director of Employee Relations may register for this course. Employees who take this course must first complete Anger Management 1001 and must also continue onto Anger Management 1003. This course examines the nature of anger, focusing on events that provoke anger and the body and mind’s response to anger. A number of anger management techniques will be reviewed. Participants will also be assigned a daily mood log.

Anger Management 1003: Only employees who are referred by the Director of Employee Relations may register for this course. Employees who take this course must first complete Anger Management 1001 and 1002. This course is the final course in the Anger Management series. Anger Management 1003 will review strategies for managing anger; the course will also address on-going maintenance.
